Most of our available roles require no experience, full training will be provided.

⭐ Sales Negotiator:
Part of our award winning sales team, you will be responsible for arranging viewings and valuations. Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion whilst ensuring first class communication with buyers and sellers.

⭐ Lettings Negotiator:
You will be part of our award winning and brilliant lettings team, qualifying potential tenants, arranging viewings and valuations, negotiating lets with landlords and prospective tenants and generating new business.
We are looking for you to be responsible for your targets and motivated to achieve them, well organised and most importantly willing to learn.

⭐ Property Manager: 2 years’ experience required (minimum):
You will be part of our Award-Winning Lettings team in Property Management, giving advice to landlords about their property portfolio, receiving rent, dealing with maintenance jobs and arranging inspections. Moving tenants in and out of property and ensuring the great relationships with our tenants and landlords is maintained.

Experience - You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lettings and ideally in Property Management.

⭐ Property Administrator:
Providing support to our property management team. Booking appointments with tenants and contractors. Looking after the day-to-day administration for the lettings team. This encompasses all of the administrative components associated with letting and managing a property. The role will also be responsible for responding to customer and client enquiries and assisting the Lettings.

Estate Agent skills and qualifications
A successful Property Professional stays current with the latest local property listings, market activity and industry news. They have active listening skills and must strive to understand the needs of their clients. You will also have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include:

  • Determination, confidence and charisma
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Marketing skills to sell properties at the right price
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Proficiency with various computer software and analytics tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
