Andrew Sharpe: Andrew has over 16 years’ experience as a multi-award-winning property agent. Andrew has helped thousands of investors to understand the market, source investment properties and build their portfolio. Andrew will help investors to understand the trends in the market and the common mistakes investors make along the way. Andrew will discuss the market outlook over the next few months and help investors to identify where to invest in Burton and Derby.

Matt Johnson: Matt began his career in Financial Planning with one of the large banks, nearly 30 years ago and has spent his career advising individual & corporate clients on things such as taxation planning in its many forms, investments of various types, regulated and unregulated, estate planning matters such as preparing for family wealth succession and reducing Inheritance Taxes, retirement planning and all types of financing. He’s been a company Director of his own business for the last 20 years.
 
Matt decided to focus purely on property investing in its many various forms in recent years which includes supporting clients to learn how to build efficient property portfolios, reduce taxes, structure a portfolio, convert commercial property to residential and land development projects.

Sam Sharrard: Sam began her career in financial services at the age 17, building a very wide knowledge on all aspects of financial services and how to maximise the opportunity for these for individual needs. Now focusing on lending for high-net-worth investor clients and portfolio landlords, she can look outside of the box of traditional lending advice and provide a more focused approach to specialist lending. Property Investing, renovating, and developing property became a hobby initially alongside a financial services career then after getting more involved, Sam’s mortgage clients started asking for help and guidance with their own portfolios, leading to the Visionary Partners business being formed alongside Matt to help others consult with, create and achieve efficient portfolio’s. With many clients now retried and successfully living their desired lifestyle via the right support, guidance and investments provided by Visionary Partners, Sam is proud to be part of a proactive and well-established team of dedicated and skilful property investment consultants.
