The Secret Behind Finding Your Ideal Home

The Secret Behind Finding Your Ideal Home

A two-minute read about how we can help you find your ideal home before anyone else does with our Perfect Property Matchmaking Service.

It’s widely known that the best homes don’t stay for sale very long before getting snapped up.

However, it’s much more of a secret that many homes are sold even more quickly having not needed to go on the open market.

You’re probably thinking ‘how come?’

Well at Sure Sales and Lettings we use some very clever software to help our sellers find homes in this proactive way. We call it the Perfect Property Matchmaking Service.

Here’s a scenario.

Mr and Mrs Jones want to sell their two-bedroom, semi-detached property but haven’t seen a home on the market that ticks all their boxes.

They are looking for a bigger family home for their growing family. Ideally a three bedroom, detached in a specified area close to a good local school.

Using the wish-list they provide us we put the information into the software system to find ideal homes that perfectly match their criteria.

We then send letters to people who own homes the Jones would consider in their desired location to see if they would be interested in selling.

This technique, which isn’t used by many agencies in our area, reduces a problem many people who want to sell have.

They don’t feel confident putting their home on the market before they have found somewhere to move to. Our matchmaking service can help find them their ideal home even if its not on the market.

By knowing what’s out there and potentially available the Joneses can make a much more informed decision about moving.
