Viewing Policy

• Do NOT view if you have any COVID-19 symptoms – for the latest symptoms click here
• We will only be showing around buyers able to proceed, for the time being
• Maximum of 2 adults from the same household to view at any one time. NO CHILDREN
• Please maintain social distancing at all times.
• Each viewing will last no longer than 15 minutes
• Face coverings and gloves/anti bac gel are essential and must be worn at all times
• Do not touch anything in the property, we will ensure ALL doors are open and lights on.
• Wait outside the property until advised
• Health and Safety Questionnaire to be complete prior to viewing.

Health and Safety Questionnaire 

The latest government guidance requires Estate Agents and Letting Agents to carry out a health and safety risk assessement prior to any face to face meeting. This is both for your safety and the safety of the team.

Based on the information provided, we may need to re-assess how we communicate with you and agree a suitable way we can work together.
