Back in September 2003 the business was created by Manawar. A family run independent agency specialising in Lettings and Property Management. Over the years the business has grown significantly and developed into a multi branch agency covering both Burton upon Trent and Derby with a large portfolio of properties and in 2016 started our journey in to Sales.

Andrew has been part of the team since early 2016, when he joined to create the Sales Department. His love for property has enabled him to develop a unique approach to marketing and advertising.

With over 16 years of experience in Sales and Property, his ability to build strong relationships with sellers and buyers alike is apparent in the service that he delivers daily and has enabled us to move hundreds of families in to their new homes since 2016.

Growing the team in both Sales and Lettings, to deliver high standards in all aspects of the business, leading to winning the best Sales and Letting agent award 2020/2021.

When estate agents tell sellers not to over-personalise their property, what do they mean? Here’s a real-life tale that explains all.

In the past decade, millions of Brits have snapped up home tech gadgets to monitor their kids, cats, dogs and deliveries. About one in five homes has a doorbell camera, while thousands more have pet CCTV or video baby monitors. With all this kit installed, it’s probably no surprise that some people have taken to using it for another purpose.

Property experts often advise sellers to style their home before they put it on the market. Go the extra mile with presentation, and buyers will be impressed by what they see and smell, or so the theory goes. But do the same styling rules apply to landlords hoping to attract top tenants to their buy-to-let?
